Cant get it right the 1st time

I paid $214 to have a drain cleared. 2 days later they had to come back to make it right, then 30 days later tried billing me for it again. Says they'll see me in court. Roots don't grow in 2 days. I told them the line is 100 ft. They packed the blockage so that the flush would work, but the washing machine didn't. The owner was on site the 1st attempt. They couldn't wait to get out of there. They Charged me $214 immediately and I paid. 2 days later it flooded again. So they sent a real plumber and he ran the snake for 100 feet, got the root and cleared the line. Didn't charge me and shouldn't have, that's a call-back. 30 days later they send an invoice to the house for another $214 for the 2nd visit. Don't use these guys. Even the employee (on the 2nd visit) says they don't know what they are doing. So I talked with the son owner andrew on the phone and he threatened me with court if I don't pay. I want to see them in court. They didn't clear the line the 1st day and they know it. Roots don't grow over night. They just prey on people expecting them to fork out twice for the job.
