Watered down drinks, unfulfilled promises, difficult communications

We just had our wedding at La Primavera on August 16 2013. Our wedding could've been perfect if the banquet hall delivered on all their promises, but a lot of their promises were deceptive sales pitches. After everything was paid for, they really couldn't care less of how the event progressed. Just to be fair, I will post the Pro's and Con's of our event. Pros: - Food was pretty good, food was hot and was served professionally by the staff. - We had 2 halls, A & B and was large enough to accommodate our event. - Serving staff and bartender were extremely friendly and helpful. Cons: - Our co-ordinator: Antonella could not be reached right until a WEEK before the wedding. She lies a lot and was nowhere to be seen during our actual wedding day. - We were promised 2 bars as we had 2 halls. Unfortunately, only 1 bar was open during the event. This is particularly embarrassing as the guests were told and expecting 2 bars. Guests had to wait in line forever to be served their drink. We only had 1 bartender for 180 guests! - Guests spent more time WAITING IN LINE at the bar than enjoy themselves on the dance floor. - Some guests claimed that alcohol was watered down. - Bartender constantly telling guests they're "out of alcohol" for our OPEN BAR. - Fountain was not working properly, although prior to signing with La Primavera, we were told that the fountain will be "Beautiful" by the time our event comes up. The fountain looks like it wasn't cleaned in YEARS breeding MOSQUITOS. Several guests were bit. - Garden didn't seem to be maintained with garbage everywhere. Not a trace of landscaping was done for our event. All in all, we would never recommend this banquet hall to any of our friends. If anyone is looking into this hall, and decide to go with them, I would strongly suggest they pay a portion of the balance AFTER the event to make sure they deliver everything that was promised. We prepaid everything as was requested, but everything went downhill from there.
