Customer Service

I was visiting Winnipeg to see my handicapped sister who is left-side paralyzed. However she can exercise in a swimming pool and does laps 2-3 times a week. She has also lost over 60 pounds and can now wear a proper swimsuit. The Assistant Manager, Jeanette, attended to me and my sister with incredible service. My sister has a limited budget and Jeanette was able to find swimwear within her budget. Jeanette also brought several suits to the change room and even came into the change room to help me help my sister try on suits. It was a busy Saturday in the mall yet Jeanette never once was rude or impatient. We are very grateful and will visit again if needed. Thank you
