poor management

480 langside is very poorly managed. dirty hallways, lack of building maintennance, garbage all over the outside are just a few of the many problems there. tennants are not provided with reciepts upon payment of rent (reciepts are slid under doors weeks later). peoblems are too numerous to list. for a company that nets over $600,000 a year they can certainly afford to fix these problems. of the many caretakers over the years, there has not been one who is competant. a classic example of an absentee landlord. and worst of all half the buildings fire excapes are fenced in and not accessible to the outside without having to climb a fence.
