Nature therapy, also known as ecotherapy, is at the heart of my approach to healing and wellness. It focuses on intentionally spending time in nature to support emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Sessions may include walk-and-talk conversations, mindfulness activities while being in or observing nature, or creative practices such as nature-inspired art and reflection. I believe that a healthy relationship between humans and the natural world is essential for personal growth, balance, and overall wellness. Because my therapeutic space is surrounded by trees, the healing process often begins the moment you leave your vehicle and walk through the forest, allowing nature to gently support and enhance the therapeutic experience. ??
