At Mind Body Sport, Ellyn Klea, a Registered Social Worker and Sport Social Worker, provides specialized mental health care for athletes, coaches, and sport organizations, addressing both sport-related and personal challenges. Specializing in athlete mental health, she takes a comprehensive approach, understanding that the pressures of sport affect more than just performance-they impact relationships, identity, stress, and overall well-being. Whether you're dealing with performance anxiety, injury recovery, burnout, or navigating life transitions in or out of sport, Ellyn's athlete-centred, sport-informed, and evidence-based services are designed to support the whole person. Mind Body Sport offers both in-person therapy in the Waterloo Region and virtual therapy across Ontario. At Mind Body Sport, Ellyn believes that mental health is performance health, and she's here to help you succeed in all areas of your life.
