Fat to Fit (or at least fitter)
For me fitness has been a struggle and a journey..uphill ! That was until I met Elena four months ago. I'm a middle aged over weight lady, it could have been just an awkward one time meet. However, Elena's calm, kind encouraging fun group and private sessions have quickly allowed me to realise that fitness is within my grasp. A personalised meal plan, a realistic goal with slow fat loss has given me so much more energy and confidence.
