Hello, dear friend, I'm Lilly, a Mama of two, with a specialization and passion in pregnancy and post-partum fitness. I fell in love with exercise when I was 18, and I have made it my life's mission to share that joy with others. My work and home life are based in Langford, BC, where I live with my better half John, and our two spirited kids, Ely & Ezra. It wasn't until I became pregnant, and I realized that modifications were needed to adapt into my workouts, that I realized my heart and soul belonged to helping pre & post natal women, just like me.
