Avoid avoid avoid

I've dealt with the proprietor Ron Kline. He also runs Cobra Toys, a company that sells cheap remote control toys at shopping malls. And he's not reliable. We had purchased two RC cars, one of which broke apart while the kids were demonstrating it to Grandpa a week after Christmas. After pursuing the seller, the mall and Cobra Toys we ended up emailing Ron Kline. Well, after much debate he told us to ship him the toy and he'd replace it. So we sent it. Now it's four years later and our eight year old son still has no toy. Ron has refused to respond to any more emails. I haven't tried any of the products from this store, but if customer service is provided by Ron Kline, you won't receive any. Ron, if you're reading this, the tracking number was rk021708. Show some integrity and give my son the toy you promised him.
