Art therapy combines the creative process of art and play along with psychotherapy in support of the client’s goals. It promotes self-exploration and understanding of the client's current situation/conflict in a manner that may otherwise be difficult to express. By combining the natural media of art and play, you will be free to express yourself in a safe manner either spontaneously or directed by the therapist, depending on the individualized plan created together at the onset of treatment.
