Dr. Russell graduated from Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine in 1979. He completed the Vancouver General Hospital and UBC Medical School Podiatry Residency in 1980. He spent six years on the staff of St. Francis Medical Center Department of Orthopedic Surgery and Princeton University Medical Center in the State of New Jersey. Dr. Russell returned to practice in Vancouver in 1986 and was on staff at Shaughnessy Hospital for five years. He has practiced with the Seymour Medical Clinic for approximately sixteen years. Dr. Russell is licensed in Alberta, British Columbia, Vermont, and Washington State.
