used to be good, sucks now

I used to host all my sites here. The people there used to be the most helpful, and service was always good. Something changed and the new woman that answers the phones seems to know nothing, and gets snotty quickly if you ask her for someone who knows something. I left after the windows and the linux servers both went down. They blamed their techs, surely the sign of a loser company.
