No customer service

I "walked in" expecting to be welcomed as their sign says ("Appointments and Walk-in's Welcomed") only to be totally ignored for 40 minutes as I sat there in plain view of 3 employees cutting hair. When I arrived there was only 1 person waiting but others arrived and were taken ahead of me (presumably because they had appointments?) Finally, I asked (as politely and calmly as I could given my frustration) if I was next since there were now 2 other people waiting as well as me. They explained that they were very busy and that these people had appointments. When asked why they did not acknowledge my presence and tell me they were booked so had no room for walk-in's they took offense and refused to cut my hair. Beware of this establishment, apparently customer service comes last on their priority list??
