Our services include Psychotherapy, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic Care, Registered Massage Therapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Nutrition, Lifestyle Coaching, Personal Training, and Corporate Health. Another big part of For Health's Sake Toronto is Corporate Health. Pre-pandemic we were offering onsite Registered Massage Therapy to over 30 companies in Toronto, including Facebook, Kijiji, Uber, Entertainment One, and Vice Media. Now during the pandemic, we offer virtual meditation, yoga, breath-work, and mental health presentations. We believe the environment plays a huge role in healing. With plants, art, music, and natural light, we have created a space where people can come to heal, both physically and mentally.
