Dr. Oakley Smith is a Premiere Rhinoplasty Surgeon. His entire practice is focused around Rhinoplasty surgery. It’s the only surgery he performs. Dr. Oakley Smith is one amongst a very small group of surgeons in Canada practicing exclusively Facial Plastic Surgery of the nose, otherwise known as Rhinoplasty. At your appointment, you will meet with Dr. Oakley Smith for the initial consultation where he will assess your nose and discuss goals and outcomes of the surgery. In most cases, an Afro-Canadian patient does not want to have a Caucasian nose after surgery. We offer a surgery that leaves a more “normal” afro-Canadian nose. When the tip droops to an extreme degree, people dislike the ‘witches’ nose appearance it creates and often want droopy nose tip surgery to correct it
