40th Birthday at Milton Location

Hello, my name is Sue Marchesich. I reserved a table for 12 at your Milton location for March 9, 2013. I called over a month in advance to make this reservation. The reservation was made for 6:30-6:45pm. I explained that we would arrive closer to 6:45pm, I was told this was acceptable. On March 8, 2013, I called to confirm my reservation. The staff had no recollection of my reservations?! I was then put on hold and spoke to someone else that claimed they could fit us in. I then again confirmed that we would arrive closer to 6:45pm, I was told this was acceptable. On March 9, 2013 the day of my sisters 40th birhday, my party & I arrived at 6:30pm. By the time the 12 of us got out of our limo and made our way to the door, it was 6:47pm. A gentelman came out of the resturant and confronted us. He asked if we were with the Sue party & told us that due to being 2 minutes late they gave our table away! He did not offer us a seat at the bar until they could accomidate us, I did not recieve a phone call let me know my table was going to be given away & was told instead that head office was there and they have strict rules about reservations! I would like to think that if head office was on site that they would not turn away a party of 12 arriving in a limo ready to spend money at their establishment. We were left with no one where to go on such short notice for my sisters 40th birthday party! A guest joining us that night was so upset that your establishment would turn us away that he said it was disgusting. I am appalled at the lack of professionalism displayed by your Milton location. As a fellow manager in the food industry, your management team should be ashamed. they should have found a way to accomidate my party. Thanks, Sue Marchesich
