shopping in Victoria-Mayfair Gap

Dear Sir: I was shopping in your store in the Mayfair Mall in Victoria B. C.yesterday. I was shopping for myself and for my 3 grandaughters. I was lucky enough to be assisted by a young woman who helped me in the womans department and then she come over to the kids area and assisted me. She helped me for an hour (all the while helping others while I mulled over some of the choices). Her name was Carissa and she has only worked their for 3 weeks or so. She was wonderful. I had forgotten what it was like to actually be served and not just have to look around myself and get very frustrated and leave. I have 3 grown children and their wives and grandchildren plus I shop their myself. I spend a ton of money in your store for birthdays, Christmas and other times. This young woman needs a pat on the back and a good word from the main office. Sincerely, Donna Chapman
