Description

We train a constantly refined version of Ving Tsun/Wing chun as I interpet it. I've trained in Wing Chun since 1988, first in the William Cheung version until 2006. I trained in Gary Lam VT for 2yrs, then ABMVT another 4yrs. What I teach now is a interpretation of the information I have learned, researched and trained over the last 24+yrs in the Art and Science of Wing Chun/Ving Tsun Kung Fu. Inclusive Ving Tsun (IVT) is an all encompassing system, meaning that the body has 6 power joints, places where the mechanics of power generation and movement begins, so IVT is a whole body system, mainly concerned with self protection for everyday people interested in something they can use in real life situations.
