Customer Service is one of main prioritys
To the above comment. Sorry you had a bad experience with our shop. Usually we always refer all clients that call re cats to another groomer in town that grooms cats, everyone is given her number,so Im not sure what happened that day but I am sorry. As for the name of the shop it was Woofs and Purrs when I bought it, and has been that name for over ten years, there used to be a cat groomer there years ago.I just didnt want to change name when I bought business as everyone knows it as Woofs and Purrs.As for there being hair on floor and dirty, we do have a cleaner that comes in every night and washes kennals floors takes out garbage... so that we have a fresh start every day. As you can imagine after grooming up to 15 dogs in a day there is quite a bit of hair on the floor. We do try to sweep the bulk of hair off floor through out the day.I hope this addresses your concerns and once again Im very sorry you had a bad experience. Rude and Dirty
Called to make an appointment for my dog and cat to be groomed and was rudely told "we DON'T do cats" with an audible huff. Thought this was odd since the business is called Woofs and PURRS. But just the ladies' telephone manner made me want to go elsewhere (which I ended up doing). Glad I did as I recently went in with a friend and it was quite dirty. Also walked by after hours today on my way to the lake and when I peeked in there was still fur on the floor of the entrance and paper garbage as well. You would think they would be washing floors at the end of the day.
