Great customer service

I would like to comment on the outstanding service I received from the bertservice shop @ the 11107-158th st while I was in Alberta this past weekend. I went in asking for air in my tire and Jeff and his wife were so concerned as to why my tire was so low so wanted to be sure I didn't have something in it so took the time to check it out for me and ended up finding I had corrison on the rims which they sanded off and fixed the leak I was experiencing.This is going above and beyond in customer service. It gave me confidence to leave on my 9 hour trip back to Saskatchewan alone. I can not thank you enough. So grateful to you both that there are people who still care, Just want to let you both know I made it home safe and thank you so much. Lori
