Customer service missing in action.
Multiple emails over a 1 week period and 1 hour on phone hold with no contact or acknowledgment. Order apparently shipped OK but never arrived. Shipping insurance should cover entire value of order but no contact or way to make a claim. May have to proceed through CC or Paypal channels for resolution.
