we had a new front door put in by Albern. Ordered in December and was supposed to be installed no later than end of January. It was eventually installed beginning of March after several delays and excuses. That said, we were very happy with the door and were given an upgrade due to the delay. Then, we noticed that the vinyl we ordered for the interior edge was not part of the install nor was the interior trim painted (MDF white - unpainted). We specifically asked and paid for these. It's now June and we still haven't seen the delivery and correction of these deficiencies despite several promises by Albern to deliver. I would be extremely reluctant to do business with them again due to the way they handle deficiencies. It's a shame, though, because their product is good.
