Worse Service & False Return Policy

Zellers is closing a few stores, with the shutdowns Z has to move products out fast, what better way to to it than a liquidation sale. With everything being marked down 10%-30% off lowest ticketed price crowds are sure to follow. While at checkout the light-skin brown female clerk w a nose-piercing assured us that we can return & exchange items at the Birchmount & Eglinton store. I verified that twice with her before handing over my debit card. After spending $200+ dollars i realized that 2 things were not necessary. I went to Birchmount & Eglinton store and they told me that I was the 2nd person that hour that wanted a refund and was told by the Cedarbrae store that I could return items there. in the end the B&E store apologized that there was nothing they could do but policy is that all sales were final To make things worse, the B&E regular prices & Sales Prices were LOWER then Cedarbrae's Clearance Prices. Companies that do business like that deserve to close What a gyp!
