New Windows
We hired JABA Construction to replace two of our windows and make the small wall repairs that were required. With the extreme cold temperatures in Saskatchewan, we knew we needed top quality windows, but we also had a strict budget in place. We liked JABA’s detailed quotes, and when we signed the contract, Dave was on hand to explain the details and answer our questions. As the work progressed, Dave and Rick were quick to respond to any follow up questions. The whole project went exactly as predicted, on time and on budget, with no surprises, and I was impressed with how clean the workmen left the site at the end of each day. We enjoy our new triple-ply windows every day, and take comfort in their quality and long warranty. I’d recommend JABA to anyone thinking about home renovation work.

Bathroom Reno
After spending many hours researching what to do after you've gone through the renovation from hell, I came across a news report with Dave Anderchek and Jaba Construction. I reached out to Jaba Construction and Dave was quick to reply and came to my home to help us assess what was done right and what was done wrong and what the next steps were to start making things right. We have recently had some work done in our basement and it was amazing, up to code and done the right way, the first time! The guys were so easy to deal with and worked very hard! It's so great to have someone that we trust in our home to do the work and know it will be a job well done! Thank you Dave and crew, we are so glad we found you so that our home can be put back together in capable, professional and trustworthy hands! Tammy

Kitchen Reno
My husband and I met with Dave Anderchek for the first time in the late spring of 2016 at the suggestion of my designer, Kimberly Kruckl. From the beginning I appreciated his experience as a general contractor in Saskatoon and area going back over twenty-five years and his experience with projects from new builds to the renovations of small, older family homes. He emphasized the importance of building permits where needed, working to code minimums, and the need for safety at all times. His J.A.B.A. website answered our questions about examples of completed projects, and Home Builders Association and Better Business Bureau involvement. He and his sub-contractors met with us early in the process to formalize a realistic estimate for what we wanted in the reno’s of the kitchen and main-floor laundry / bathroom. The planning was so complete that there were few changes over the course of the project. Dave dealt with any issues arising promptly and in person. He and Rick Knelsen, project manager, were always available by phone or e-mail. Would I work with Dave and JABA on another renovation project? – without any hesitation.
