As a Registered Nurse with a Master of Public Health, Nancy offers personalized coaching and education to help clients navigate fertility concerns, optimize preconception health, and manage perimenopause and menopause. Services include nursing assessments, individualized wellness plans, lifestyle and nutrition guidance, sleep and stress support, cycle tracking education, male fertility support, and collaboration with healthcare providers. Nancy also helps women manage hot flashes, sleep issues, mood changes, brain fog, vaginal and bladder symptoms, and other menopause-related concerns.
