I offer Individual counselling to adults, youth , and children 5 and up. I work from a dbt, cbt, strength based, natural processing somatic approach. I work in the areas of anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, life transitions, grief, suicidal ideations, stress, and trauma. I am a registered Social Worker and Canadian Certified Counsellor.
