Urban helps people who are looking for support with: Relationship issues, Couples Counselling, Life Transition, Stress Management, Depression, Anxiety, Career Dissatisfaction, Life Stress, Relationship Issues, Parent/Child Issues, Self-Esteem Issues, Adolescent Change, and Life Coaching. I also now offer EFT Tapping individual sessions. Seeking a therapist is a personal preference. If you are looking to experience a more enjoyable life, seeking to feel less irritable, or wanting someone to discuss frustrations with, counseling may be for you. An individual in counseling can be someone who needs support for depression or anxiety, or someone seeking to better understand why they do certain things. During our first session, I help you clarify what you are looking for. Fees are $150/session.
