Residential appraisal services are offered in southern New Brunswick. de Stecher Appraisals Ltd. is proud of its history of success and being among the largest appraisal firms in Atlantic Canada. The company is a direct successor of the firm Roy de Stecher and Associates Limited, formed by Mr. de Stecher in 1963. It was at this time that he undertook a reassessment of the City of Saint John and subsequently acted as appraiser and consultant for the City of Saint John during its pioneer East and North End Urban Renewal schemes.
