rude front counter person

Not a very good first impression! I was waiting for the person @ the front counter to finish being on the phone and before I had a chance to speak,he abruptly said, "here, fill this up!" and threw the pen @ me when i was just across from him. Super rude! Maybe this person need some lesson in customer service or not be placed on duty dealing with customers. Unless, of course the business doesn't care about customers altogether.
