The worst customer experience

Terrible customer service. Everlasting Memories actually ordered my maid of honour the wrong size bridesmaid dress but didn’t tell us. There weren’t any tags in the MOH dress but there was in the other BM dress. We went to their seamstress who said something was wrong but though a hem would fix it. We went back and said this dress is still not fitting right. Staff said it was the wrong size! As we had limited time between getting the dress and the actual wedding, the staff suggested we take the sample dress and offered to pay for the hemming with a new seamstress. We called back after the wedding to discuss what happened. The owner Marilyn then called me a liar and said they aren’t giving me anything. I said I didn’t appreciate the tone she was taking and do not like my integrity being question. She wouldn’t even let me finish my sentences and I had to ask her to remain calm. I asked to meet in person to discuss and show the different dresses. She refused & hung up!
