duraguard lets us down once again!
With all the warning we were given, the snow today December 29/15 has not come as a surprise. It is 4:04pm and the snow in our driveways continues to mount.Duraguard has yet to clear the snow. We are quite a large community here in Kirkland and not one person has received service. We call...always busy and now the call goes directly to music... This is simply horrible service! I give 0 stars but I cannot submit my review with giving at least 0ne star..therefore the 1 star rating.
