Since 1999, The Night Kitchen has been family owned and operated, serving brick oven pizza with creativity, quality, and a refusal to play it safe. What started in a tiny hole-in-the-wall with a shoestring budget and some wild ideas about pizza has grown into a Peterborough institution. From local ingredients to unexpected flavour combinations, we ve always believed pizza should be delicious, memorable, and a little rebellious. Vegan, gluten-free, classic, or completely unconventional we keep evolving while staying true to the strange and delicious spirit that started it all. Be strong. Be wrong.
