A home planning and design service, KAVAN building design and drafting offers a full planning program for the prospective home owner and builder. Our specialties are new homes and renovation projects. We will consult with you, the client, reviewing your needs, and desires. By combining the two, we will come up with a plan that meets your requirements. We take the plans from conceptual design to full working drawings, suitable for obtaining construction costs, financing and building permits. Our designs incorporate both tried and trusted construction methods, as well as the latest in construction technology and materials. Whether you are looking for traditional design, minimalist design, canadiana, heritage, or victorian, we will work with you the client to develop a design that is both pleasing to the eye, comfortable to live in, and feasible to construct. The majority of projects completed by KAVAN building design are in southern Ontario. From the Dream Home for the Toronto Home Builders Association and the National Home Show at Exhibition Place in 1992, to cottages in the Kawartha’s, we offer a wide range of styles, each of them unique.
