Wonderful service!

The staff at this branch never cease to amaze me. I worked with CIBC Visa, have dealt with many banks while handling financial matters, and have never come across this. One individual...I believe her name is Rebecca even a held a cheque for me that I was depositing until the next day since she knew I couldn't be in for another week, the lady that handled our mortgage (Kim?) remembered my name...it's been almost a year since we dealt with her, every single person in there is friendly...something you don't normally encounter in any place of business. This has enusured my family's loyalty to BMO and I make sure to tell everyone I know how wonderful...particularly this branch is.
