Very bad experience.

The worst experience ever. I have been to many salons and this one is simply the worst. I hate my highlights ( got them done by Melissa; a very not professional hair stylist)... Please don't let her touch your hair, she'll ruin it. She doesn't wash the scalp properly after colouring it. I went back the next day so she fixes my highlights because they were not the shade that I asked for. She sends me home with unwashed dye still on my hair and bleached roots, so I ended up having 3 colors instead of two. VERY LOUSY. Will never go back.
