Great Bagels - Awful Service

I used to go to Kettleman's when my kids were little and I always remembered how nice the staff was. The kids used to love to sit and watch the bakers, it was a fun outing every time we went to get the bagels. I bought a Groupon for this looking forward to going back. I do not want to go back now. The man that served me was rude and seemed very put out by the fact that I had a Groupon. Why does Kettleman's offer them if they don't want people to use them? I ordered Blueberry Bagels and Onion Bagels. He put the 6 Blueberry in the bag and went to put the onion in the same bag. When I asked for separate bags (I never had to ask in the past to separate such different flavours) he threw the bag down. I wish I had only bought one of the Groupons. I have a second one to use but had such a negative experience I do not want to go back.
