Cat Scratch

I was bit by a tick and given antibiotics late then when I was pregnant I got bit by a cat and asked for a shot and got one but no antibiotics. I started getting symptoms of tingling, vibrations, numb fingers, voice shaking, heart palpitations, lots of muscle twitching, nausea, dizziness, stiffing of joints, blood pressure was higher than norm. etc. My Dr. in Tillsonburg thought I had baby blues, needed happy pills and sleeping pills. By Christmas of 2010 I couldn't walk and I also had the shivers. No Dr. I saw believed me when I told them I had Lyme. I had to go to Woodstock and get a Nurse Advocate who spoke for me and gave me Dr. Bahgdalians name in Toronto. Best thing I did when no one else listened. He put me on antibiotics right away and did blood tests. He found Lyme and Cat Scratch viruses and treated me for them. It was a rough 3-4 months of treatment.No IV - just strong antibiotic pills. So...Thank you for studying internal medicine when you were young so you were there for me, and thank you God for letting the cat that bit me not to have had rabies or AIDS. I love you and your wife :D
