Good job
I have been in many different locations for a hair cut but let me tell you guys the service I have received from 125 queens way in Etobicoke was a new experience . Wow the girls were amazing very polite and considerate specially maryam. I wish I had employees like them good job and thank you very much . Keep up the good work

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I been getting my hair cut for 55 years and have found myself compelled to submit a note to your head office in regards to the service i received in your salon in Huntsville this morning. Olivia was your employee that did such a wonderful job with my hair. this is the first time I have ever encountered a hairdresser who actually listened to my request and followed through with my wishes. Olivia posses a great personality and I see her as a great asset to your company. Being an LCBO manager for 25 years I am aware that most employees only hear the bad comments and rarely are made aware of the good. I wish is that you will forward this e-mail along to her extending my sincere appreciation and from now on i will be a regular customer to your establishment.
