My name is Kate Walker, and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor Licensed in the Province of British Columbia. I offer an integrative mix of talk and somatic therapy approaches to address stress, anxiety, depression and trauma in adults, adolescents and children that includes Strengths-Focused, Mindful Self-Compassion, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Narrative, Solution-Focused, CBT and DBT. I have over 25 years of experience in mindfulness, yoga & breathwork. In a session, you can expect me to be genuine, non-judgmental and compassionate.
