Problem not solve. Money Gone.

The following are facts and will be published in a website dedicated to describing the ordeal I went through dealing with Bisson Expert. Fact: Every spring thaw, water was coming through the footing of my foundation. Fact: Hired Bisson Expert to solve the problem which cost $15,000. Fact: Their proposal was to resurface and re-membrane one side of the foundation (for $15K....). Fact: Problem persisted every year thereafter. Fact: We tried contacting them and they sent an employee to see it. Fact: They proposed a Plan "B" and quoted us an additional $20,000 to fix the problem. Expert? no so much.
