Michel performed an operation on my dog and here is what went wrong: cone was wrong kind, that allowed the dog to slip out of it; instructions for the after care missed vital information like sunlight avoidance; no pain management prescribed; after 3 followups the dog is still in pain and the doctor is avoiding eye contact - not a good sign. I had to go to another clinic to have another operation done to fix the damage and have a real doctor (who actually knows what he's doing) to give my dog much needed care. Bottom line: this doctor doesn't care about the result; he doesn't tell you what needs to be done; does not follow up. Highly not recommended!
