Every filter is put through a step by step structured process which involves, Visual inspection of filter element. All gaskets and debris removed. Pin depth measurement taken from clean and dirty side of the filter. The fi lter is then placed in our Pneumatic EB-9001 blast cabinet machine . Thermal cleaning will be done if needed with our Eb-9002 regenertion oven All measurements are then recorded on our filter data sheet.
