Description
Our main focus is to help people that struggle with everyday issues who may need additional support to help them through challenging events in their life or identifies negative pattern or behavior in order to develop more positive strategies and patterns going forward. In COVID-19 situation when it is not possible to attend in person therapy, I may offer the opportunity to meet through a secure web based video or telephone sessions online to clients who need support and care to manage and deal with their mental health issues.
