I'm Debbie Airth (she/they), RTCc and founder of E.A.S.E. Into Therapy. As an Indigenous, 2SLGBTQ+ therapist, I offer warm, identity-affirming, grief-literate counselling for individuals and couples navigating life's hard edges, identity shifts, grief and loss, chronic illness and pain, anxiety, trauma, and burnout. My practice blends clinical training with lived experience to create a trauma-informed, culturally attuned space where you're seen, not pathologized. Sessions are virtual across British Columbia, with sliding-scale availability. I work collaboratively to help you reconnect with your values, reclaim your voice, and find sustainable ways to cope. You don't need to be fixed to begin. Let's start wherever you are.
