Jeong's Taekwondo
In my opinion, Jeong's Taekwondo is probably the best martial arts studio in all of Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows. He was trained in Korea and is now currently a 7th degree black belt. He stared teaching me at the age of 3. Now I am currently a black belt and I can tell you that I enjoyed those 10 years. If you choose to enroll your child, of even yourself, in taekwondo I strongly suggest Jeong's Taekwondo. The environment and people training there are very nice and very welcoming. So I suggest coming to Jeong's Taekwondo Academy if you choose to join taekwondo.

Master Kisik Jeong
In my opinion Master Kisik Jeong of the Best of the Best Martial Arts Academy in Maple Ridge is the single true legitimate Taekwondo Master in Maple Ridge. Master Jeong is Korean trained and thus free of all habits western instructors have incorporated into their perception of what TKD is all about. Master Jeong is the only Master in Maple Ridge who can train a student from a beginner level to that of a certified & recognized Master in the World Taekwondo Federation. If your thinking of spending your hard earned dollars to enroll your child in tkd than be sure to start your child on the correct path first. The shortest distance between 2 points is a straight line and a straight line is what you will get with Master Jeong. If you like sparring...Master Jeong will spar you, which is more than I can say for other Maple Ridge Masters.
