Strengthening, balance and motion is our main goal for all of our clients. We complete full assessments and treat neck pain, back pain, arthritis, repetitive strain injuries, pre and post rehab and sports injury. We also offer Pilates and customized exercise programs. We direct bill insurance companies such as Blue Cross as well as MPI and WCB claims are welcome. No referral necessary.
