Very effective!
I find Aquafit Physiotherapy to be very effective. Since I started training I have noticed improvement in my range of motion and also stopped feeling pain I used to in my knee, hip and lower back. Staff at Aquafit are very helpful, caring and always cater to my needs. I highly recommend Aguafit for anyone who has been dealing with pain.
