DO NOT buy ANYTHING at this store. They have ZERO integrity and lie to customers. This store was kind enough to return a gown for me after a terrible buying experience, as they told me 3 other brides called the store for the dress, so they were guaranteed TWO sales. The manager told me she never does this ever (but makes me wonder if that's a lie, after everything else they told me) However when I did purchase the second dress they told me that the dress could NOT be ordered in less than 1 year, that a rush would take 15-20 weeks as it would be coming from Italy, and would cost $500 to rush deliver. They stated the dress I had on was a brand new style and brand new dress. I bought the dress, spent an extra $600 in the store above what I'd already spent, did not receive a discount for buying off the rack (which I didn't complain about at the time, as I was just glad they took the first dress back), went home to search how I could alter the neckline to the style I wanted, and found: 1. They ripped the tags out of the dress, so I couldn't see any details about the dress. 2. The dress was not in fact a spring 2012 as they told me, but from the spring 2011. Other stores were all selling the dress for $100 less off the tag price, 3. I was told from Jealous Brides in Toronto, that you could rush the dress from CHINA where it is made (not Italy as the sales girl told me), that the rush fee is $150, but that I wouldn't need a rush as the full time period for the dress to come in was less than 6 months. 4. I then learned that I could get the dress ordered to my height (which, due to the style of the dress, would cost me $400-700 less in alterations), and order the neckline I'd wanted for an extra MAXIUM $150. All in all - This dress is going to cost me $550-800 MORE than if I'd bought the dress in Toronto. I am SO ashamed this store is getting away with this in my hometown, lying to their customers. Go ahead, look at the tags in the dresses, they say "MADE IN CHINA" unless they rip those tags out too.
