Reliable, Professional Service WITH Guarantee
I own/ manage a rental property. Tenants who'd moved in May apparently left bedbugs behind :( It was unfortunate the new tenant was affected and Landlord Tenant Act says it's Landlord responsibility. Luckily it was only a small infestation. Kanyo PC was by far the best quote both for price point and a written guarantee once the treatments are done. Having such a problem to deal with is no fun, but Kanyo thoroughly and patiently explained the process and how to combat these critters.
