I've been to different salons and was very disappointed. Neil and his team know exactly what they're doing and I always LOVE my hair after. Keep up the great work!!

Love this Salon
I have been going to this salon for years and absolutely love it! I generally see Kat and she's amazing. She knows me and my son who also adores her and she remembers what's happening in our lives. When one of us goes in she always asks about the other. She also has gotten to know me well enough to know what I want and she always does a great job with my hair. There has been occasion where I've seen Neil as well and he truly knows what he's doing. Your salon is great Neil and your staff is wonderful. Never mind the negative comments. I've never seen a basis for any of that. To anyone looking for a salon this is the place to go!

Best salon
I don't understand how some people can be so full of themselves that they write a bad review about a place because a red carpet wasn't thrown down at their feet the moment they walked into the store. I've been going to Syncronicity for years and not once have I had a bad experience. Obviously if you walk into a salon and there's only one person working and has a line up of clients waiting there's going to be some kind of disorganization. I could understand if there was 10 employees walking around talking and the place was a mess but what do you expect when there's only one person there. You must not work for a living. I work in customer service and I know what it's like. Doesn't matter how hard you work or how much you break your back trying to please people someone always has something bad to say. I wish people could use these review columns to help others to know if this is really a good place to go or not. Not to use it to lash out at some undeserving person just because you were having a bad day.

I have been going to synchronicity for over 4 years. They arebamazig at hair and neil always remebers how you want your hair. All the workers are so kind and i would go anywjere else but herebto get my hair done

ben going there for 1 year now and everytime i go there neil always knows how i want my hair to be cut. Everybody that works stops and stares at neil when he's cutting my hair! Great job neil!

Best place in town
I have had my hair done their a few times. Neil has excellent service and you can tell he is doing what he loves! There's another young lady that works their and she does hair amazingly. I go there when I need to relax and feel and look pretty. I don't know why there are some bad reviews because I have had nothing but excellent service. Neil tries to do everything as healthy as possible for the most gorgeous hair.

Had an appointment and when I arrived only 'Neil' was there. He was working on a lady's hair, had a man waiting for a cut and myself. I was 5 minutes early and this gave me time to look around as it was my first time there. The place was filthy...absolutely filthy. Hair of various colors ground into the carpets near the front door. Dust and dirt around the reception desk and poor lighting. How does one cut hair when you have dinner style lighting? I walked out and did not stay long enough to try the place out. A clean environment is essential to a work place and this hair was very ground in...gross. Won't be going back.

A terrible salon with an owner who is unprofessional and rude. Staff can be gossipy and stuck up.
